These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Camera Uncle platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Frame Culture Private Limited ("Camera Uncle", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Camera Uncle is a software platform for the photography ecosystem that connects photography studios, professionals/freelancers, and print labs. It provides tools for bookings and scheduling, staffing, and the placement and fulfilment of print orders, along with subscription plans and the sale of related photography products.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing

• Certain features are offered under paid subscription plans (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold), billed on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Taxes (such as GST) will be added where applicable.
• By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method for each billing cycle.
• Plan features, limits, and pricing may change; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

4. Orders, Products & Fulfilment

• Studios may place print orders and purchase products through the Platform. Orders are configured with options (size, finish, quantity, framing, etc.) and priced accordingly.
• Print orders are fulfilled by the applicable lab. Camera Uncle facilitates the order, files, and payment but the printing and delivery may be performed by the lab or third parties.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the files, options, and quantities you submit. Custom-printed items are produced to your specification.
• Product images on the Platform are indicative; actual output may vary slightly due to screen calibration, materials, and printing processes.

5. Payments

• Payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways, including PhonePe. Your use of such services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
• We do not store your full card/bank credentials. Payment information is handled by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable security standards.
• You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
• In case of a failed, duplicate, or erroneous transaction, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Uploaded Content & Photographs

• You retain ownership of the photographs and content you upload ("User Content").
• You grant Camera Uncle and the relevant lab a limited licence to store, process, transmit, and print your User Content solely to provide the ordered services.
• You represent that you own or have all necessary rights and consents to the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
• You must not upload unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform; (d) reverse engineer or copy the Platform except as permitted by law; or (e) misuse the referral, credit, or payment features.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Frame Culture Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, cloud storage, messaging/SMS providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of such third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camera Uncle and Frame Culture Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camera Uncle, Frame Culture Private Limited, and its officers and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform at any time; certain provisions survive termination (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
