• Transaction information: details of subscriptions, orders, amounts, and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g., PhonePe); we do not store your full card or bank credentials.
• Usage & device information: log data, IP address, browser/device type, and interactions with the Platform.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and fulfil your orders and subscriptions.

• To route print orders and the associated files to the relevant lab for fulfilment.

• With labs and professionals: to fulfil an order, we share the necessary order details and uploaded files with the relevant lab or service provider.

• With service providers: cloud hosting and storage, SMS/communication, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your data, including uploaded photographs, is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Original photographs are kept privately and are accessible only through authenticated access for order fulfilment. Uploaded order files may be retained for a reasonable period to support reprints and support requests, after which they may be deleted.
